 April 30 - May 5, 2024  The most epic of races is back in Miami for the 3rd year.

SCR presents Supercar Showdown 3.0. A six-day extravaganza of motoring activations and exclusive access to the most sought events throughout Miami. 

Tuesday April 30: Orientation Dinner - Introductions to the weeks event ($500pp)

Wednesday May 1: Design District 'Fashion, Brunch and Supercars' ($500pp)

Thursday May 2: Supercar Rally: Miami - Orlando ($1500 per car entry up to 2 ppl/ car not included)

Friday May 3: 'Speed and Music' the official VIP launch of the race week ($500pp)

Sat/Sun May 4/5: Qualification / Race Day (only available as a complete 6-day package)

 

 

Event Terms and Conditions

1. Event Overview: a. The event, herein referred to as Supercar Showdown Miami 3.0 ( a series of events covering the dates April 30 - May 5, 2024, is organized by Supercar Rooms Miami and will take place on April 30 - May 5, 2024 at various Location(s). b. Supercar Showdown Miami 3.0 encompasses a series of activities, including but not limited to events listed on the website, designed to provide participants with an immersive experience in the world of luxury motoring and lifestyle.

2. Eligibility: a. Participation in Supercar Showdown Miami 3.0 is open to individuals who meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years at the time of registration. b. Participants must possess a valid driver's license and comply with all legal requirements for operating a motor vehicle in the event's location(s). c. By registering for Supercar Showdown Miami 3.0, participants affirm that they are physically and mentally capable of safely participating in the scheduled activities.

3. Registration: a. Registration for Supercar Showdown Miami 3.0 is available online through the official event website or designated registration platform. b. Participants must complete the registration form accurately and provide all required information, including personal details and contact information. c. Registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration to secure a spot in the event.

4. Event Activities: a. Supercar Rooms Miami reserves the right to modify the event schedule, activities, and locations at any time without prior notice. b. Participants are responsible for adhering to all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the event organizers and staff during the event. c. Supercar Rooms Miami may impose penalties or disqualify participants who fail to comply with event rules or engage in disruptive behavior.

5. Safety and Liability: a. Safety is a top priority during Supercar Showdown Miami 3.0. Participants must operate their vehicles in a safe and responsible manner at all times. b. Supercar Rooms Miami, its affiliates, sponsors, and partners are not liable for any accidents, injuries, damages, or losses that occur during the event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. c. Participants are required to carry adequate insurance coverage for their vehicles and personal liability during the event.

6. Photography and Media: a. Supercar Rooms Miami reserves the right to photograph, film, or otherwise capture images or recordings of participants and their vehicles during Supercar Showdown Miami 3.0. b. Participants consent to the use of their likeness, name, and vehicle for promotional and marketing purposes related to Supercar Showdown Miami 3.0 and future events organized by Supercar Rooms Miami.

7. Refunds and Cancellations: a. Registration fees for Supercar Showdown Miami 3.0 are non-refundable, except as outlined in the event's refund policy. b. Supercar Rooms Miami may cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, natural disasters, or government regulations. In such cases, registered participants may be offered refunds or alternative arrangements at the discretion of the organizer.

i. Refund Requests: We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your participation in the Supercar Showdown Miami 3.0 event. Refund requests will be considered according to the following policy.

ii. Eligibility for Refund:

• Refunds will only be issued for cancellations requested within 14 days prior to the scheduled start date of the event.

• To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase and a valid reason for cancellation.

iii. Refund Process:

• To request a refund, please contact our event organizers via email at info@supercarrooms.com 

• Your refund request will be reviewed, and a decision will be made based on the circumstances of your cancellation.

• If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days from the date of approval.

iv. Refund Amount:

• Refunds will be issued minus any applicable processing fees or non-refundable deposits.

• Please note that refunds may also be subject to deductions for any costs incurred by the organizers related to your registration or participation in the event.

v. Transfer of Registration:

• In some cases, we may allow you to transfer your registration to another individual. Please contact us for more information on our transfer policy.

8. Governing Law: a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Agreement: a. By registering for and participating in Supercar Showdown Miami 3.0, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

12. Severability: a. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Waiver: a. The failure of Supercar Rooms Miami to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

14. Entire Agreement: a. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
